शत्रुमित्रमुत्साहयितुमर्थो न वेति संशयः ॥ कZ_०९.७.०९ ॥

Transliteration

śatrumitramutsāhayitum artho na veti saṃśayaḥ

Translation

શત્રુના મિત્રને ઉત્સાહિત/પોતાની તરફ વાળવા માટે ખર્ચ (અર્થવ્યય) કરવો કે ન કરવો—એવો સંશય ઊભો થાય છે.
