Sage Parāśara (narrating to Maitreya)
It links Kaṃsa to an earlier demonic archetype (Kālanemi), showing recurring adharma across ages and the continuity of Vishnu’s restorative intervention through avatāra.
Through prophecy: Hari descends into the world-order to destroy a specific agent of oppression (Kaṃsa), demonstrating that the Supreme governs history to re-establish dharma.
It underscores Vishnu’s sovereignty: He reveals intention, sets cosmic events in motion, and remains beyond ordinary perception—immanent in action yet transcendent in essence.
