Ô Soi de tous, Seigneur de tous les êtres, source de toute vie : Toi, présent comme tous les êtres, Tu connais l’intention secrète et le désir qui meuvent l’esprit de chaque créature.
Sage Parāśara (addressing Lord Vishnu, within the Parāśara–Maitreya dialogue frame)
It identifies Vishnu as the indwelling Self of all—present within every being—supporting the Purana’s teaching of divine immanence and supreme sovereignty.
By declaring that the Lord is “sarvabhūta” (present as all beings), Parāśara grounds omniscience in immanence: the Lord knows every creature’s inner aims because He abides within them.
Vishnu is affirmed as both the origin of all life and the all-knowing ruler who perceives every mind—central to Vaishnava philosophy that upholds Him as the Supreme Reality.
