औदुम्बराणां चाम्लेन क्षारेण त्रपुसीसयोः भस्माम्बिभिश्च कांस्यानां शुद्धिः प्लावोद्रवस्य च

Transliteration

audumbarāṇāṃ cāmlena kṣāreṇa trapusīsayoḥ bhasmāmbibhiśca kāṃsyānāṃ śuddhiḥ plāvodravasya ca

Translation

Les objets en bois d’udumbara se purifient au moyen d’un agent acide; l’étain et le plomb se purifient avec un alcali; les vases de bronze se purifient avec de la cendre et de l’eau; et de même est prescrite la purification pour ce qui a été lavé ou trempé, et pour ce qui a coulé ou s’est répandu.
