तद्युक्तस्तन्मयो जन्तुः शनैर्मुञ्चेत्कलेवरम् । संस्थितो योगचारेण सर्वसङ्गविवर्जितः ॥१९॥

तत्-युक्तः । तत्-मयः । जन्तुः । शनैः । मुञ्चेत् । कलेवरम् । संस्थितः । योग-चारेण । सर्व-सङ्ग-विवर्जितः ॥

IAST Transliteration

tadyuktaḥ tanmayo jantuḥ śanair muñcet kalevaram | saṃsthito yogacāreṇa sarvasaṅgavivarjitaḥ ||19||

Translation

L’être incarné, uni à Cela et constitué de Cela, doit peu à peu se déprendre du corps ; établi dans la discipline du yoga, exempt de tout attachement.

Academic Translation

The embodied being, joined to That and consisting of That, should gradually relinquish the body; established in the discipline of yoga, free from all attachments.
