दर्शनम् — Rama Receives Sita’s Token and Questions Hanuman
किमाह सीता वैदेही ब्रूहि सौम्य पुनः पुनः।पिपासुमिव तोयेन सिञ्चन्ती वाक्यवारिणा।।।।
kim āha sītā vaidehī brūhi saumya punaḥ punaḥ |
pipāsum iva toyena siñcantī vākyavāriṇā ||
Que dit Sītā, la Vaidehī ? Dis-le-moi, noble ami, encore et encore, m’arrosant du flot de ses paroles, comme l’eau ranime l’âme assoiffée.
"O handsome Hanuman! Sita is like water for a thirsty person. Tell me again and again what Sita said to you. Sprinkle on me (life-giving) water of her words in the form of message.
