सुन्दरकाण्डे अष्टपञ्चाशः सर्गः
हनुमद्वृत्तान्तकथनम्, सीताभिज्ञान-प्रदानम्, लङ्कादाह-वर्णनम्
तं ततः प्रीतिसंहृष्टः प्रीतिमन्तं महाकपिम्।जाम्बवान्कार्यवृत्तान्तमपृच्छदनिलात्मजम्।।।।
taṃ tataḥ prītisaṃhṛṣṭaḥ prītimantaṃ mahākapim | jāmbavān kāryavṛttāntam apṛcchad anilātmajam ||
Alors Jāmbavān, transporté de joie, interrogea avec affection Hanumān, le grand singe, fils d’Anila, sur le récit entier de ce qui s’était passé.
Thereafter, very delighted Jambavan inquired Hanuman most affectionately of all that happened.
