Sita Tests the Messenger; Hanuman Offers Reassurance

Lakṣmaṇa aussi—d’une grande splendeur, cher et dévoué serviteur de ton époux—bien que consumé par le chagrin, s’incline devant toi avec révérence et t’adresse sa salutation.
"The mighty Lakshmana too, a dear brother and follower of your husband is immersed in grief, and sends salutations to you."
Dharma is reverence toward the righteous and steadfast loyalty—Lakṣmaṇa honors Sītā despite grief, upholding respectful conduct and duty.
As part of delivering Rāma’s message, Hanuman conveys Lakṣmaṇa’s grief and his respectful salutation to Sītā.
Lakṣmaṇa’s disciplined devotion and humility (bowing in respect even while suffering).
