Hanuman’s Deliberation on How to Address Sita
समृद्धस्तैस्तु परितो विधमन् रक्षसां बलम्।।।।शक्नुयां न तु संप्राप्तुं परं पारं महोदधेः।
samṛddhas tais tu parito vidhaman rakṣasāṃ balam | śaknuyāṃ na tu saṃprāptuṃ paraṃ pāraṃ mahodadheḥ ||
Encerclé de toutes parts par eux, quand bien même je disperserais les troupes des rākṣasas, je pourrais ne pas atteindre l’autre rive du grand océan, ma force se consumant dans le combat.
