"I have searched for Sita thoroughly in waterlogs, lakes, tanks, streams and rivers and all over the woods and among mountains that are difficult to reach. I have searched all over the land but have not been able to find Janaki.
Dharma is tireless effort in a righteous cause: one must exhaust all honest means before accepting defeat, especially when truth (finding Sītā) is essential to justice.
Hanumān reviews the extent of his search across varied terrains and admits that despite exhaustive effort he has not yet found Sītā.
Diligence and endurance—Hanumān’s methodical search reflects unwavering commitment to Rāma’s mission.
