दक्षिणदिशि सीतान्वेषण-आदेशः
Commissioning the Southern Search for Sītā
तं च देशमतिक्रम्य महानृषभसंस्थितः।।।।सर्वरत्नमयः श्रीमान् ऋषभो नाम पर्वतः।
taṃ ca deśam atikramya mahān ṛṣabhasaṃsthitaḥ |
sarvaratnamayaḥ śrīmān ṛṣabho nāma parvataḥ ||
Après avoir dépassé cette contrée, se dresse une vaste montagne nommée R̥ṣabha, majestueuse, à l’allure d’un taureau, resplendissante de toutes sortes de gemmes.
'With this place passed, you will see a huge mountain named Rishaba of the size of a bull filled with all gems.
Dharma appears as steadfast pursuit of a righteous objective despite long routes and daunting landmarks—continuing onward with clarity and resolve.
Sugriva describes the next landmark on the southern route so the search-party can navigate reliably while seeking Sītā.
Endurance and focus: recognizing landmarks and continuing the mission without distraction by splendor (gems, grandeur).
