Transliteration

tatra tat-kopajaṃ tejaḥ kṛtaṃ haya-mukhaṃ mahat || 4.40.47 ||

asyāhus tan-mahā-vegam odanaṃ sa-carācaram |

Translation

Là, une grande puissance flamboyante, née de la colère, prit forme en l’imposant Hayamukha ; on dit que pour lui tous les êtres, mobiles et immobiles, deviennent nourriture, sous l’élan de sa force irrésistible.
