वालिविलापः
Vali’s Final Counsel and the Succession Charge
त्वमेवास्य हि दाता च परित्राता च सर्वशः।भयेष्वभयदश्चैव यथाऽहं प्लवगेश्वर।।।।
tvam evāsya hi dātā ca paritrātā ca sarvaśaḥ | bhayeṣv abhayadaś caiva yathāhaṃ plavageśvara ||
Ô seigneur des singes, toi seul dois être pour lui ce que j’ai été : son pourvoyeur et son protecteur en tout, et celui qui donne l’intrépidité dans les périls.
'O lord of monkeys! from now on, you alone will be his father, provider of everything, saviour and protector in danger.
