Tara’s Lament and Counsel after Vali’s Fall
तावतीत्य समासाद्य भर्तारं निहतं रणे।।समीक्ष्य व्यथिता भूमौ सम्भ्रान्ता निपपात ह।
tāv atītya samāsādya bhartāraṃ nihataṃ raṇe || samīkṣya vyathitā bhūmau sambhrāntā nipapāta ha |
Ayant dépassé ces deux-là, elle parvint jusqu’à son époux, tué au combat ; en le voyant, accablée de douleur et de trouble, elle s’effondra à terre.
