Sugriva’s War-Cry at Kishkindha
'O monkey, with the release of a single arrow in the combat, I shall dispel your fear and enmity (hatred) for Vali.
Dharma as protection of the afflicted: Rāma frames his intervention as removing fear and wrongful oppression, aligning power with the duty to safeguard allies.
Before Sugrīva challenges Vāli, Rāma assures him that he will neutralize Vāli with a single arrow during the combat.
Reliability and resolve—Rāma’s steady commitment to defend an ally and act decisively.
