आसाद्य तौ नरव्याघ्रौ दर्यास्तस्याविदूरतः।ददृशाते महारूपां राक्षसीं विकृताननाम्।।।।

Transliteration

āsādya tau naravyāghrau daryās tasyā avidūrataḥ |

dadṛśāte mahārūpāṃ rākṣasīṃ vikṛtānanām ||

Translation

Parvenus à la caverne, ces deux tigres parmi les hommes virent, non loin de là, une rākṣasī d’une taille immense, au visage difforme et hideux.
