Transliteration

avaśyaṃ tu mayā kāryaṃ priyaṃ tasya mahātmanaḥ |

jīvitenāpi rāmasya tathā daśarathasya ca ||

Translation

Je dois accomplir ce qui est cher et convenable au magnanime Rāma, ainsi qu’à Daśaratha, fût-ce au prix de ma vie.
