FAQs

It presents creation as an intentional act performed through yogic concentration by the world-creator, resulting in the emergence of both immobile and mobile life-forms.

Yoga is framed as the inner power of concentrated knowledge and control through which the creator brings forth the cosmos—creation is depicted as arising from disciplined, unified awareness.

“Sthāvara” refers to immobile existence (like plants and fixed entities), while “cara” refers to mobile beings (animals and humans), together indicating the totality of living beings.
