स्नानकाले विशेषेण चोपस्थाय जले शुचिः । स्मरेन्नारायणं ध्यायेद्धस्ते काये च विन्यसेत् ॥ ४५ ॥
snānakāle viśeṣeṇa copasthāya jale śuciḥ | smarennārāyaṇaṃ dhyāyeddhaste kāye ca vinyaset || 45 ||
Au moment du bain, tout particulièrement, qu’on se tienne dans l’eau avec pureté; qu’on se souvienne de Nārāyaṇa, qu’on médite sur Lui, et qu’on accomplisse le nyāsa en posant (le mantra) sur les mains et sur le corps.
