Adhyaya 34 — Madālāsā’s Instruction on Sadācāra (Householder Conduct, Purity, and Daily Rites)
न वाहयेद् द्विजान्नाग्नौ मेहं कुर्वोत् बुद्धिमान् ।
स्नायीत न नरो नग्नो न शयीत कदाचन ॥
na vāhayed dvijān nāgnau mehaṃ kurvot buddhimān | snāyīta na naro nagno na śayīta kadācana ||
Le sage ne doit pas faire porter ou transporter des brāhmaṇa comme un fardeau, ni uriner dans le feu. L’homme ne doit pas se baigner nu, et ne doit jamais dormir nu.
