मार्जाराखुभयं यत्र नैषामण्डजजन्मनाम् ।
श्येनतो नकुलाद्वापि स्थाप्यन्तां तत्र पक्षिणः ॥
Transliteration
mārjārākhubhayaṃ yatra naiṣāmaṇḍajajanmanām |
śyenato nakulād vāpi sthāpyantāṃ tatra pakṣiṇaḥ ||
Translation
Là où, pour ces êtres nés de l’œuf, il n’y a nulle crainte des chats ni des rats, c’est là seulement qu’il faut garder les oiseaux — de même là où ils sont à l’abri d’un faucon, voire d’une mangouste.
