भवतां हि कृतास्त्रत्वं यथा5<दित्ये प्रभा तथा । यथा चन्द्रमसो लक्ष्मी: सर्वथा नापकृष्यते,जैसे सूर्यमें प्रभा और चन्द्रमामें लक्ष्मी (शोभा) सर्वथा विद्यमान रहती है--कभी कम नहीं होती, उसी प्रकार आपलोगोंका अस्त्रविद्यामें जो पाण्डित्य है, वह अक्षुण्ण है
Transliteration
bhavatāṁ hi kṛtāstratvaṁ yathāditye prabhā tathā | yathā candramaso lakṣmīḥ sarvathā nāpakṛṣyate ||
Translation
Bhīṣma dit : « Votre maîtrise des armes est comme l’éclat du soleil; et, telle la beauté de la lune, elle ne diminue en rien. De même, votre savoir dans la science des armes demeure entièrement intact. »
