हतो<पि दीप्ततेजा: स जीवन्निव हि दृश्यते । घातितस्य शिरांस्थाजौ जीवन्तीवाद्भुतानि वै
hato 'pi dīptatejāḥ sa jīvann iva hi dṛśyate | ghātitasya śirāṃsthājau jīvantīvādbhūtāni vai ||
Bien qu’il ait été tué, cet homme au tejas flamboyant apparaît comme s’il vivait encore. Dans le corps du vaincu, les canaux vitaux et le souffle de vie semblent persister—merveilles, en vérité—tant demeure saisissante l’apparence de vitalité après une mort violente.
