Dhṛtarāṣṭra Addressed on Sincerity, Hospitality, and Settlement
नित्यप्रभिन्नान् मातज्रानीषादन्तान् प्रहारिण: । अष्टानुचरमेकैकमष्टौ दास्यामि कौरव
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca | nityaprabhinnān mātaṅgān īṣādantān prahāriṇaḥ | aṣṭānucaramekaikam aṣṭau dāsyāmi kaurava kurunandana ||
Dhṛtarāṣṭra dit : «Ô Kaurava, joie des Kurus ! En outre, je te donnerai aussi huit éléphants en rut, dont les tempes ruissellent sans cesse, dont les défenses semblent le timon d’un char, et qui excellent à terrasser les ennemis. Et avec chacun de ces huit éléphants seigneurs, je fournirai huit serviteurs.»
