Omens and Reception During Keśava’s Departure
सो<वतीर्य रथात् तूर्णमभिवाद्य जनार्दन: । यथावृत्तानृषीन् सर्वानभ्यभाषत पूजयन्,तब भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण तुरंत ही रथसे उतर पड़े और पूर्वोक्तरूपसे खड़े हुए उन समस्त महर्षियोंको प्रणाम करके उनका समादर करते हुए बोले--
so ’vatīrya rathāt tūṛṇam abhivādya janārdanaḥ | yathāvṛttān ṛṣīn sarvān abhyabhāṣata pūjayan ||
Alors Janārdana (Śrī Kṛṣṇa) descendit promptement de son char. S’inclinant devant tous les sages qui se tenaient là comme auparavant, il leur adressa des paroles de révérence, les honorant comme il convenait—donnant l’exemple de l’humilité et du respect dû à l’autorité spirituelle, même au cœur des tensions politiques et guerrières.
