Omens and Reception During Keśava’s Departure

वैशम्पायन उवाच ततो व्यपेततमसि सूर्य विमलवदगते । मैत्रे मुहूर्ते सम्प्राप्ते मृद्रर्चिेषि दिवाकरे

Vaiśampāyana uvāca: tato vyapetatamasi sūrye vimalavadgate, maitre muhūrte samprāpte mṛdvarciṣi divākare.

Vaiśampāyana dit : Alors, lorsque les ténèbres s’étaient retirées et que le soleil s’était levé d’un éclat limpide et sans tache, et lorsque l’auspicieux muhūrta nommé Maitra fut arrivé—tandis que le faiseur du jour rayonnait de lueurs douces—le récit se poursuit vers les actes accomplis en ce moment favorable.
