Sainyasaṅgraha and Bhāga-Vyavasthā (Forces Assembled and Rival Allocations) | सैन्यसंग्रह-भागव्यवस्था
द्रुपदो वर्धयन् मानं शिखण्डिपरिपालित: । उपायात् सर्वसैन्यानां प्रतिच्छाद्य तदा वपु:,पांचालनरेश ट्रुपद धृष्टद्युम्म और सत्यजित् आदि दस वीर पुत्रोंक साथ शिखण्डीद्वारा सुरक्षित हो कवच आदिसे सम्पूर्ण सैनिकोंके शरीरोंको आच्छादित करके उन सबकी एक अक्षौहिणी सेनाके साथ युधिष्छिरका मान बढ़ानेके लिये वहाँ आये हुए हैं
sañjaya uvāca | drupado vardhayan mānaṃ śikhaṇḍi-paripālitaḥ | upāyāt sarva-sainyānāṃ praticchādya tadā vapuḥ ||
Sañjaya dit : «Protégé par Śikhaṇḍin, le roi Drupada arriva alors, augmentant l’honneur et l’assurance; il avait revêtu d’armures le corps de toutes ses troupes, et venait avec toute sa force pour affermir la position de Yudhiṣṭhira.»
