न तु नः क्लिश्यमानानामुपेक्षेत युधिष्ठिर: । जुगुप्सति हाधर्मेण मामेवोद्धिश्य कारणम्
na tu naḥ kliśyamānānām upekṣeta yudhiṣṭhiraḥ | jugupsati hādharmena mām evoddhiśya kāraṇam ||
Dhṛtarāṣṭra dit : «Mais Yudhiṣṭhira ne nous délaissera pas lorsqu’il nous verra accablés. En vérité, il me blâme—ne prenant que moi pour cause—à cause d’une conduite contraire au dharma qui a attisé ce conflit. (Dès lors, si une proposition de paix est présentée par mon entremise, pourquoi ne l’accepterait-il pas ?)»
