Ulūka’s Provocation and Keśava’s Counter-Message (उलूकदूत्ये केशवप्रत्युत्तरम्)
क्रोधो बल॑ तथा वीर्य ज्ञानयोगो<स्त्रलाघवम् | इह ते दृश्यतां पार्थ युद्धयस्व पुरुषो भव,'पार्थ! यहाँ लोग तुम्हारे क्रोध, बल, वीर्य, ज्ञानयोग और अस्त्र चलानेकी फुर्ती आदि गुणोंको देखें। युद्ध करो और अपने पुरुषत्वका परिचय दो
krodho balaṁ tathā vīryaṁ jñānayogo 'stralāghavam | iha te dṛśyatāṁ pārtha yudhyasva puruṣo bhava ||
Sañjaya dit : «Ô Pārtha, que l’on voie ici ta colère, ta force, ta vaillance, ta lucidité disciplinée et ta maîtrise prompte des armes. Combats, et prouve que tu es un homme véritable.»
