भीष्मद्रोणयोर्दुर्योधनं प्रति शान्त्युपदेशः | Bhīṣma and Droṇa’s Counsel to Duryodhana for Pacification

धर्मार्थयुक्ते वचनमाह त्वां तात केशव: । तथा भीष्म: शान्तनवस्तज्जुषस्व नराधिप,“तात! भगवान्‌ श्रीकृष्ण और शान्तनुनन्दन भीष्मने धर्म और अर्थसे युक्त बात कही है। नरेश्वर! तुम उसे स्वीकार करो

dharmārthayukte vacanam āha tvāṃ tāta keśavaḥ | tathā bhīṣmaḥ śāntanavas taj juṣasva narādhipa ||

Vaiśampāyana dit : «Mon enfant, Keśava (Kṛṣṇa) t’a adressé des paroles fondées sur le dharma et l’artha ; et Bhīṣma, fils de Śāntanu, a parlé de même. Ô roi, reçois et fais tien ce conseil.»
