कण्व उवाच स तु दीन: प्रद्ृष्ट श्न प्राह नारदमार्यक:,कण्व मुनि कहते हैं--कुरुनन्दन! तब नागराज आर्यक प्रसन्न होकर दीनभावसे बोले --
kaṇva uvāca | sa tu dīnaḥ pradṛṣṭaḥ śan prāha nāradam āryakaḥ |
Kaṇva dit : Alors Āryaka, seigneur des Nāgas, bien qu’humilié dans son for intérieur, posa sur Nārada un regard paisible et parla. La scène dessine un contraste moral : même le puissant, lorsqu’il est pressé par l’épreuve ou qu’il sollicite de l’aide, revêt l’humilité et une parole mesurée — une tenue éthique qui prépare le terrain au conseil, à la réconciliation et à l’action selon le dharma.
