द्वावाददाते होकस्य द्वयो: सुबहवो5परे | कुमार्य: सम्प्रलुप्यन्ते तदाहुर्न॒ूपदूषणम्,जब दो मनुष्य मिलकर एककी वस्तु छीन लेते हैं, बहुत-से मिलकर दोको लूटते हैं तथा कुमारी कनन््याओंपर बलात्कार होने लगता है, उस समय इन सारे अपराधोंका कारण राजाको ही बताया जाता है
Translation
Lorsque deux hommes s’unissent pour dépouiller un seul, lorsque beaucoup se rassemblent pour piller deux personnes, et lorsque des jeunes filles vierges sont violées, alors on dit que la cause de tous ces crimes est une souillure imputée au roi.
