इति कृष्णां महाराज प्रशशंसुस्तदा स्त्रिय:,महाराज! इस प्रकार उस समय सारी स्त्रियाँ ट्रपदकुमारी कृष्णाकी प्रशंसा करती थीं। भारत! एक दूसरीके प्रति कहे जानेवाले उनके प्रशंसा-वचनों और प्रीतिजनित शब्दोंसे उस समय सारा नगर व्याप्त हो रहा था

iti kṛṣṇāṃ mahārāja praśaśaṃsus tadā striyaḥ

Vaiśampāyana dit : «Ô roi, ainsi, en ce temps-là, les femmes louaient Kṛṣṇā (Draupadī). Ô grand souverain des Bhārata, la cité tout entière était emplie de leurs paroles d’affection et d’admiration, qu’elles se répétaient les unes aux autres.»
