दत्तचक्षुरिवाकाशे पश्यामि विमृशामि च । प्रज्ञानवचनाद्यो5यमुपदेशो हि मे कृत:,आपने मुझे यह उपदेश क्या दिया, अन्धेको आँख दे दी। आपके इस ज्ञानमय वचनको सुनकर मैं आकाशकी ओर देखता और कर्तव्यका विचार करता हूँ

Transliteration

dattacakṣur ivākāśe paśyāmi vimṛśāmi ca | prajñānavacanād yo ’yam upadeśo hi me kṛtaḥ ||

Translation

Le brahmane dit : «C’est comme si tu avais rendu la vue à un aveugle. Ayant entendu cet enseignement — né de paroles sages et pénétrantes — je lève désormais les yeux, comme vers le ciel ouvert, et je médite sur ce qu’il convient d’accomplir.»
