अपन क्राता छा आर: सप्तचत्वारिशर्दाधिकत्रिशततमो< ध्याय: हयग्रीव-अवतारकी कथा

Transliteration

śaunaka uvāca | śrutaṃ bhagavatas tasya māhātmyaṃ paramātmanaḥ | janma dharmagṛhe caiva nara-nārāyaṇātmakam ||

Translation

Śaunaka dit : «Ô fils du Sūta, nous avons entendu la grandeur suprême de ce Seigneur bienheureux, le Soi suprême ; et nous avons aussi compris qu’il naquit dans la maison de Dharma, se manifestant sous la forme de Nara et de Nārāyaṇa.»
