Nāga-āyatana-darśana-pratīkṣā — The Brāhmaṇa’s Request and Waiting on the Gomatī
स चोपविविशे तत्र पीठे कुशमये शुभे । मन-ही-मन ऐसा सोचकर वे उन दोनोंकी प्रदक्षिणा करके एक सुन्दर कुशासनपर बैठ गये
sa copaviviśe tatra pīṭhe kuśamaye śubhe |
Alors, après avoir accompli avec respect la circumambulation autour de ces deux êtres et s’être recueilli intérieurement, il s’assit là sur un siège de bon augure fait d’herbe kuśa.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
