Atithi-satkāra and the Consolation of Wise Counsel (अतिथिसत्कारः प्रज्ञानवचनस्य च पराश्वासनम्)
अद्यप्रभृत्येतववस्थितमृषिवचनं तदेवंविध॑ माहात्म्यं ब्राह्मणानाम्,आज भी महर्षिका वह वचन हिमवानपर ज्यों-का-त्यों लागू हो रहा है। ऐसा ब्राह्मणोंका माहात्म्य है
adya-prabhṛti etad avasthitam ṛṣi-vacanaṁ tad evaṁ-vidhaṁ māhātmyaṁ brāhmaṇānām
Dès ce jour, la parole du rishi est solidement établie et demeure valable, exactement comme elle fut prononcée sur l’Himavān. Telle est la puissance spirituelle et la grandeur sublime des brahmanes : leurs mots, fondés sur la vérité et l’autorité de l’ascèse, gardent leur efficacité à travers les âges.
तामिन्द्र उवाच गच्छ नहुषस्त्वया वाच्योथ<पूर्वेण मामृषियुक्तेन यानेन त्वमधिरूढ
