Atithi-satkāra and the Consolation of Wise Counsel (अतिथिसत्कारः प्रज्ञानवचनस्य च पराश्वासनम्)
ऋषिभिर्त्रद्मणा चैव विबुधैश्व सुपूजित: । उवाच देवमीशानमीश: स जगतो हरि:
ṛṣibhir brahmaṇā caiva vibudhaiś ca supūjitaḥ | uvāca devam īśānam īśaḥ sa jagato hariḥ ||
Ensuite, Hari—Seigneur de l’univers—honoré et adoré par les sages, par Brahmā et par les dieux, s’adressa à Rudra, le grand Seigneur : «Ô Maître ! Quiconque te connaît véritablement me connaît aussi ; quiconque te suit me suit également. Entre nous deux, il n’y a aucune différence. Qu’aucune pensée contraire à cela ne s’élève dans ton esprit.»
