यस्य प्रसाद कुरुते स वै त॑ द्रष्टमर्हति । “बृहस्पते! जिनको यह भाग समर्पित किया गया है वे भगवान् कभी क्रोध नहीं करते। हम और आप उन्हें स्वेच्छासे नहीं देख सकते हैं। जिसपर वे कृपा करते हैं वही उनका दर्शन कर पाता है”
yasya prasādaṁ kurute sa vai taṁ draṣṭum arhati |
Bhishma dit : «Seul celui sur qui le Seigneur répand Sa grâce est véritablement digne de Le contempler. À ceux à qui l’on offre cette part sacrée, le Seigneur ne se laisse pas émouvoir par la colère. Ni toi ni moi ne pouvons Le voir à notre gré. Celui qu’Il prend en pitié, lui seul obtient Sa vision.»
