Śuka–Janaka Saṃvāda: Āśrama-krama, Jñāna-vijñāna, and the Marks of Liberation (शुक-जनक संवादः)
एषा ते व्यक्तितो राजन् विभूतिरनुदर्शिता । आदी मध्ये तथान्ते च यथातत्त्वेन तत्त्ववित्,तत्त्वज्ञ नरेश! यह मैंने तुम्हारे निकट आदि, मध्य और अन्तमें तत्त्वतः प्रकाशित होनेवाली जीवकी व्यक्तिगत विभूतिका वर्णन किया है
eṣā te vyaktito rājan vibhūtir anudarśitā | ādau madhye tathānte ca yathātattvena tattvavit ||
Yājñavalkya dit : «Ô Roi, je t’ai ainsi montré la manifestation individuelle (vibhūti) de l’être vivant, telle qu’elle se reconnaît dans l’expérience personnelle. Du commencement, à travers le milieu, jusqu’à la fin, je l’ai exposée conformément au réel, afin que toi, connaisseur de la vérité, tu la saisisses telle qu’elle est.»
