sṛñjayasya atha rājarṣeḥ kasmiṁścit kāla-paryaye | jajñe putro mahāvīryas tejasā prajvalann iva ||
Parvata dit : «Puis, ô sage de lignée royale, à un certain tournant du temps, un fils naquit à Sṛñjaya—d’une vaillance immense, flamboyant comme s’il brûlait de son propre éclat. Il était pourvu d’une force hors du commun.»

The verse underscores how destiny unfolds through time (kāla-paryaya) and how royal lineages are marked by the emergence of exceptional individuals whose inner tejas and vīrya signal capacity for responsibility and dharmic action.
Parvata continues the account by stating that, after some time, King Sṛñjaya had a son who appeared radiant and exceptionally powerful, setting up the next developments in the lineage story.
