Spiritual knowledge, presented along with an understanding of cosmic creation and dissolution, brings inner joy and well-being, yields meaningful results, and ultimately serves the welfare of all beings.
In the Shanti Parva instruction-setting, Bhishma continues to summarize and commend a teacher’s exposition: a doctrinal explanation of creation and dissolution linked to adhyatma (spiritual) knowledge, emphasizing its practical fruits and universal benefit.
