Adhyāya 180: Jīva, Śarīra, and the Fire Analogy (भृगु–भरद्वाज संवादः)
शये कदाचित् पर्यड्के भूमावषि पुन: शये । प्रासादे चापि मे शय्या कदाचिदुपपद्यते
śaye kadācit paryaṅke bhūmāv api punaḥ śaye | prāsāde cāpi me śayyā kadācid upapadyate ||
Bhīṣma dit : «Parfois je dors sur une couche ; parfois je m’étends sur la terre nue. Et parfois même, un lit dressé dans un palais m’est accordé.»
