Doctrine of Creation from the Unmanifest ‘Mānasa’
अत्र पिड़लया गीता गाथा: श्रूयन्ति पार्थिव । यथा सा कृच्छूकालेडपि लेभे धर्म सनातनम्
atra piḍalayā gītā gāthāḥ śrūyante pārthiva | yathā sā kṛcchrakāle 'pi lebhe dharmaṃ sanātanam, rājan ||
Ô roi, à ce sujet on entend encore des strophes chantées par Piḍalā. En suivant le sens de ces chants, elle atteignit le Dharma éternel (Sanātana Dharma), même au cœur d’une détresse extrême.
ब्राह्मण उवाच
That Dharma is not contingent on comfort: even amid hardship one can attain the eternal moral order by adhering to time-tested instruction (gāthās) and acting accordingly.
A Brahmin speaker addresses a king and cites the well-known songs/verses attributed to Piḍalā as authoritative tradition, stating that by following their guidance she attained sanātana-dharma even during a crisis.
