कृच्छात् समुद्धरन् भार न्यग्रोधं समुपागमत् । न्यषीदच्च परिश्रान्तः क्लान्तश्न क्षुधितश्न॒ सः
kṛcchāt samuddharan bhāraṃ nyagrodhaṃ samupāgamat | nyaṣīdac ca pariśrāntaḥ klāntaś ca kṣudhitaś ca saḥ ||
Avec grande peine, portant le lourd fardeau, il atteignit le banian. Arrivé là, il s’assit, exténué—brisé de fatigue et tourmenté par la faim.
