ततः प्रभातसमये सुखं दृष्टवाब्रवीदिदम्‌ । गच्छ सौम्य पथानेन कृतकृत्यो भविष्यसि

Transliteration

tataḥ prabhātasamaye sukhaṁ dṛṣṭvābravīd idam | gaccha saumya pathānena kṛtakṛtyo bhaviṣyasi ||

Translation

Puis, à l’aube, le voyant sain et sauf et en paix, Bhīṣma dit : «Va, doux ami, par ce chemin même. Tu reviendras après avoir accompli ton dessein.»
