The Instruction on Non-ownership and Renunciation
दिव्यपुष्पान्वितं श्रीमत् पितामहसभोपमम् | त॑ दृष्टवा गौतम: प्रीतो मन:कान््तमनुत्तमम्
divyapuṣpānvitam śrīmat pitāmahasabhopamam | taṁ dṛṣṭvā gautamaḥ prīto manaḥkāntam anuttamam ||
Bhishma dit : Orné de fleurs célestes et rayonnant de splendeur, cet arbre ressemblait à l’auguste salle d’assemblée du Grand-Père (Brahmā). À la vue de ce banyan suprêmement excellent et réjouissant le cœur, Gautama fut saisi d’une grande joie.
