On Gratitude and Friendship Ethics
हरिणाश्वादर्सि लेभे शुनक: शुनकादपि । उशीनरो वै धर्मात्मा तस्माद् भोज: स यादव:
hariṇāśvād ṛṣiṃ lebhe śunakaḥ śunakād api | uśīnaro vai dharmātmā tasmād bhojaḥ sa yādavaḥ ||
Bhīṣma dit : De Hariṇāśva naquit le sage Śunaka ; et de Śunaka, à nouveau, (vint un autre dans la lignée). Uśīnara fut véritablement un roi à l’âme droite ; aussi se souvient-on de Bhoja —de la lignée des Yādava— comme issu de cette succession vertueuse.
