यथातत्त्वं क्षितिपते तदिहैकमना: शृणु । पृथ्वीनाथ! अब मैं यह बता रहा हूँ कि इनकी उत्पत्ति किससे होती है? ये किस तरह स्थिर रहते हैं? और कैसे इनका विनाश होता है? राजन! सबसे पहले क्रोधकी उत्पत्तिका यथार्थरूपसे वर्णन करता हूँ। तुम यहाँ एकाग्रचित्त होकर इस विषयको सुनो
Translation
Bhīṣma dit : «Ô roi, écoute ici d’un esprit entièrement concentré. Ô seigneur de la terre ! Je vais dire de quoi ces choses naissent, comment elles se maintiennent, et comment elles périssent. D’abord, je décrirai selon la vérité l’origine de la colère ; écoute avec une attention unifiée.»
