कपोती-विलापः स्वर्गसंयोगश्च
The Dove’s Lament and Celestial Reunion
सो<5पश्यत् तरुखण्डेषु मेघनीलवनस्पतिम्
so 'paśyat tarukhaṇḍeṣu megha-nīla-vanaspatim |
Bhīṣma dit : «Alors il vit, au milieu d’un groupe d’arbres, un grand arbre d’un bleu sombre, dense comme un nuage de pluie, aux ramures largement étendues. Bien des oiseaux y avaient trouvé refuge, y demeurant pour l’ombre et pour les fruits—comme si le Créateur avait façonné ce noble et puissant arbre uniquement pour le bien d’autrui.»
